Spring School of Social Work in Ostrava

On April 4 - 8 University of Ostrava (Czech Republic) hosted international Spring School of Social Work within the scope of Erasmus+ project. Russian State Social University was represented by the head of Social Technologies department Yanina Shimanovskaya, assistant professor Tatiana Tyapkina and second year student of the Faculty of Social Work Maxim Shevtsov which now is participating in the exchange programme in the University of Ostrava. The Spring school drew many scientists, doctoral candidates and masters from Czech Republic, Russia, Germany, France, the Great Britain, Belgium, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Austria, Albania, Rwanda. The programme of Spring school included discussion of key social issues of the world, exchange of experience, review of the results of researches executed by doctoral candidates and masters. Guests from RSSU made presentations about social work and answered some questions about social education in Russia.
