The Viennese Ball is a milestone in a life of students since they say goodbye to the alma mater and start pursuing their career. That’s why RSSU wanted to make this event colorful and unforgettable. Impeccably dressed graduates danced polonaise and then, accompanied by applause of the guests, the rector Natalia Pochinok and winner of numerous festivals Vyacheslav Gorshkalyov danced waltz. Little rain created romantic atmosphere on this celebration.
Musical and choreographic performances alternated with awarding of outstanding students and participants of scientific and sporting events of the university. The president of RSSU Yevgeniy Bushmin and the rector of RSSU Natalia Pochinok handed them diplomas and golden medals “Pride of the University”. Students and teachers exchanged words of encouragement and gratitude. At the end of the event the King and the Queen of the Ball were chosen, which were the students of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Technoshere Safety Alexander Frolov and Polina Goryacheva.
King of the Ball Alexander Frolov said:
"RSSU is a place of many opportunities. I'm grateful to the university since it has opened a world of creativity and activism for me. It's a great feeling to be a a graduate of RSSU and the King of the Ball"
