The round table has passed on December 4 in TASS press centre. Roundtable participants discussed the leadership potential rating of Russian regions based on data from the all-Russian competition "Leaders of Russia".

The roundtable participants discussed the indicators of the regions activity, prospects of leadership potential development and remote testing process. Natalia Pochinok pointed out the importance of the involvement of the regions and the great potential of the leadership in Russia.

“I want to emphasize that the most distant regions such as Chukotka and the Jewish Autonomous Region have shown a strong response. It demonstrates that not only in the central part, but also in the remote areas there is a powerful potential. I really like that fact that there were a lot of new faces in rating, there were a lot of new talented people. And this is great. I want to underline that there were people with disabilities. Me and my colleagues have developed the general frame of participation in the competition, but there were requests from disabled people who couldn’t satisfy some conditions. These people were provided with special facilities. And I wanted to thank for it. All who wanted to take part in the competition had a chance to do it" - said Natalia Pochinok.
